Rich encourages all of us to review our social media platform strategies to better take advantage of them as both advertising channels and outright sales channels.

Live shopping is basically selling your products on a live stream.
Live shopping works best for products that need demonstration, or for showing off how a product is made. This makes it an especially good feature for artists or one-of-a-kind artisans.
